How can I update feedback after a purchase issue is resolved?
Check whether the platform adds an update date automatically. Ask about an update option if the review cannot be edited directly.
What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?
Check whether the addition creates any requirement on your side. Do not equate a stated promotional value with what the benefit is worth to you.
